Medical credentialing allows healthcare providers to enroll with insurance networks by submitting verified information. At BilliMD, I led the redesign of this manual process into a streamlined, AI-assisted platform that let providers submit and track their own enrollment data. As lead product designer working with 20+ developers, I also took on product management responsibilities—translating complex business needs into actionable designs.
